
Here you can define any number of forced choice indicators with any number of levels and anchor labels.
Examples include
Project Phase: Initiation -- Planning -- Execution -- Monitoring & Control -- Closure & Evaluation
Level of achievement: Achieved -- Not Achieved
Delivery: Too Early -- On Time -- Delayed
Level of agreement: eg, Strongly Agree -- Agree -- Neither Agree nor Disagree -- Disagree -- Strongly Disagree
To set up a forced choice indicator type, e.g., Project Phase
[Add] Forced Choice Type = Project Phase
[Add] the first Forced Choice Option, 1 = Initiation
[Add] the second Forced Choice Option, 2 = Planning
etc.
Once you have defined your forced choice indicator type, it will become available as a non-financial response option during indicator setup.
