To add / change users interactively one by one, click on [Add]:

On the first screen add all necessary details:

On the second screen, make the necessary link(s) to the organisational unit for the user:

To access the "Links" screen for an existing user, use the [Change] button to see a list of all users.

Click on a user name, then use the [View Links] slider button:
