Because Opal3 is web based, it is independent of client IT infrastructure and can be accessed from anywhere, including your home, with any of the standard web browsers. To access your Opal3 site, simply go to one of the following two web sites:

• https://YourOrg.opal3.com (production)

• https://YourOrg-training.opal3.com (training). You can do no wrong here. Everything that’s in the training site will automatically be overwritten by the information in the live site on a daily basis over night, so you’ve got a fresh start every morning.

Passwords:

• If you're accessing Opal3 directly you will need to remember your Opal3 user name and password.

• If we've implemented a Single Sign On (SSO) for your organisation, your people can use Opal3 without having to enter a separate user name and password.
